Release.

Let all attachments to world's drama ease for this moment,

Release.

Hands and mind that cling to the messiness of each day and grasp disarray,

Release.

      Release ……

The Path to peace is visible above, held by the sky,

    always present and available,

    waiting to be set free to fly into your embrace.
Follow the trees, they know the Way.

Release.

Let the cease fire take effect.

Embrace the Gifts Creation longs to give to you,

   and begin to know the beauty that brings joy,

   revealing what is good and right in everyone.

Namaste

The Beauty in me sees and reaches for the Beauty in you.

 The Divine in me sees the Divine in you.

- Early Flight -

 Night Flight

When the world is quiet, and the hourglass’ sand 

rises to 3 am,

The Spirit Bird of the night’s cool Air

No longer grounded by the day’s frantic business -

Can now take off to fly in Peace, 

freed from the weight of noise.

Soaring at last, toward the Moon, 

energized by its Soft Light,

Grace and Hope fall from wingtips that give no noise,

Leaving a wake of shimmering stars across the sky.

If you do not believe this, rise tonight, 

and see for yourself.

- Keep Right -

   An ethical action that is full of integrity is about approaching any task, anything that is laid before you, with an honoring of connection, an honoring of integrity. That is right action, is how you view what it is that you are choosing and then how you are choosing to move forward with that.

   "Right Action" fourth  on the list that comprises the Noble Eightfold Path of Buddhist teachings. Although these teachings do not have to be worked in order Right Action interestingly follows "Right View," "Right Aspiration," and "Right Speech."
